Elastic strap capo with under string fret bar. Converts any steel string guitar=s action from c@ to 3@ higher with steel sleeve provided. Fit the bar over a fret under the strings, tighten with the elastic strap and you=re ready to play! Change tuning to open G, C, D or whatever you like. Can be used anywhere on the fingerboard.
